A 1.88-acre site off Jalan Saloma, 1,033 homes, and Malaysia’s first and tallest 360-degree rooftop bar running from Level 81 to the roof. Interiors by Ministry of Design; developed under Chin Hin Property.
Look at Divine’s unit mix and something unusual shows up: of the ten distinct layouts, six are dual-key. That is not a token investor option bolted onto a residential building — it is most of the product. It tells you exactly who this development is designed for, and it is worth understanding before you decide whether you are one of them.
A dual-key gives you one title, one set of utility accounts, one main door into a shared foyer, and two separately lockable homes off it. At a KLCC-fringe address that is a strong structure: live in one half and let the other to the expat and short-stay market this postcode attracts, or let both and run one loan against two income streams. It is also why the sizes here cluster between 640 and 720 sq.ft. rather than reaching for family layouts.
The building itself goes to Level 81 and beyond, with a 360-degree rooftop bar across three levels at the top — the developer’s claim is that it will be Malaysia’s first and tallest. Facilities are stacked as named levels rather than one podium: the Grand Lobby, the Flow Park, the Sanctuary and the Poise, with interiors by Singapore’s Ministry of Design.
Types B, B1, B2, B3, B4 and B5 are all dual-key, from 648 to 713 sq.ft. One title, one loan, one set of utility accounts, two lockable homes. If you are buying to let, this is the structure that does the work; if you are buying to live in alone, look at the A or C ranges instead.
From Level 81 to the roof, in three separate settings from enclosed to open-sky. The developer’s claim is Malaysia’s first and tallest. Whatever the record, a destination bar at the top of your own building changes both the letting story and the resale story.
The Singapore practice behind Konzepte handles the interior architecture. That shows in the public spaces — the lobby and the amenity levels are designed as rooms rather than corridors with furniture in them.
The Grand Lobby, the Flow Park, the Sanctuary and the Poise each occupy their own level with their own character — garden, park deck, pool. Spreading them vertically means the pool crowd and the quiet crowd are never in the same place.
The building faces north-west towards Kampung Baru and south-east towards KL City. Which side your stack is on changes the view, the afternoon heat and the price. Ask before you choose a floor.
Types A2, A4 and A5 are variants of the A layout at 502, 513 and 511 sq.ft. Types B2, B4 and B5 are further dual-key variants at 653, 684 and 648 sq.ft. — ask me for those drawings. Sizes are the developer’s.

The key plan below shows the typical floor. One side looks north-west towards Kampung Baru; the other looks south-east towards KL City. Which side your unit is on is the single biggest variable in the price.

Rather than one amenity deck, Divine stacks its facilities as named levels with distinct characters, from the arrival sequence up to the rooftop.

Jalan Saloma runs between Jalan Ampang and Kampung Baru, which puts Divine on the edge of the KLCC ring rather than inside it — and that boundary is exactly what the pricing reflects.

Divine is approved by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and sits in the Federal Territory, where the foreign-buyer floor is RM1,000,000 — half Selangor’s. Whether a particular unit clears that floor depends on its price at the time you buy, and at these sizes it is worth checking rather than assuming, so tell me your budget and I will come back with what currently qualifies. State consent is granted case by case; I handle the application, the banking and the handover end to end.
On Jalan Saloma in Kuala Lumpur, between Jalan Ampang and Kampung Baru, on the fringe of the KLCC ring rather than inside it. The Petronas Twin Towers are in view from the building; Suria KLCC, KLCC Park, Ampang Park, Intermark Mall and Avenue K are all in the surrounding area, as is the Jalan Ampang embassy row. Kampung Baru, KLCC and Ampang Park stations put it on both the LRT and MRT networks.
Because the development is designed primarily for buyers who intend to let. Six of the ten distinct plans — Types B, B1, B2, B3, B4 and B5, from 648 to 713 sq.ft. — are dual-key. A dual-key is one title, one loan, one set of utility accounts, and one main door into a shared foyer off which two separately lockable homes lead. You can live in one and let the other, or let both. If you are buying purely to live in, the A range or the single-key C and D layouts will suit you better, and I would point you at those instead.
Ten distinct plans. Type A is 513 sq.ft. with 1+1 bedrooms, with variants A2 at 502, A4 at 513 (Level 13A only) and A5 at 511; Type A3 is 530 and Type A1 is 540, the most numerous at 300 units. The dual-key range runs Type B5 at 648, Type B at 657 facing KLCC, Type B3 and B4 at 684, and Type B1 at 713. Type B6 is 658 sq.ft. with two bedrooms and is not dual-key. Type C is 982 sq.ft. and C1 991, both 2+1 bedrooms, and Type D is 1,319 sq.ft. with 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Yes. Divine is approved by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and sits in the Federal Territory, where the minimum purchase price for a foreign buyer is RM1,000,000 for both strata and landed property — half what Selangor asks. Whether a particular unit clears that floor depends on its price at the time you buy, and given the compact sizes here that is genuinely worth checking rather than assuming, so send me your budget. State authority consent is required and granted case by case, typically one to three months after the SPA. Foreign buyers pay a flat 8% stamp duty on transfer from January 2026.
The developer describes it as Malaysia's first and tallest 360-degree rooftop bar, running from Level 81 to the roof across three levels, each with a different character from enclosed and intimate to fully open-sky. For an owner it matters in two ways beyond the view: a destination venue at the top of the building supports the letting story, and it gives the address a name that people outside the property market will recognise. As with any facility described in a brochure, confirm what is contractually committed in the SPA rather than what is illustrated.
Divine faces two ways: north-west towards Kampung Baru, and south-east towards KL City. The KL City side carries the skyline view and prices accordingly; the Kampung Baru side is quieter and gets a different light through the day. Type B is the KLCC-facing dual-key, and there are only thirty of them. Tell me which matters more to you — the view, the afternoon sun, or the price — and I will tell you what is open on that side.
Estimated Q3 2032. That is a long horizon, and I would rather say so plainly: it means several years of construction risk, several years of progressive payments, and a completion market nobody can forecast. Early-phase pricing exists because of that risk rather than in spite of it. It is a legitimate trade if you are buying to hold, and a poor one if you need the asset working sooner. The liquidated ascertained damages clause in the SPA is your protection if the date slips, and I go through it with every buyer.
Sinaran Urusjuta Sdn Bhd, within the Chin Hin Property group. The interior architecture is by Ministry of Design, the Singapore practice, which is unusual for a development at this scale in Kuala Lumpur and shows in the public spaces. The advertising and sales permit, 31096-1/06-2029/0456(A)-(S), runs from 21 June 2026 to 20 June 2029, and the approving authority is Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.
Pricing is released on application rather than published here, and it moves with each phase and with which way the stack faces. WhatsApp me and I will send the current price list, tell you which layouts and orientations are still open, and set out the full cash requirement stage by stage including legal fees, stamp duty, the progressive payment schedule out to 2032, and for a foreign buyer the 8% transfer rate.
